Terms & Conditions and General Pricing

General Information:

Group classes and 1-to-1 classes are hosted on Zoom with the tutor. You will have access to the joining details once your place on the class has been confirmed. Classes are recorded and uploaded into your personal area. This is for revision and self-study purposes. If you are not familiar with Zoom, I would recommend you familiarise yourself with its functions. Please also access the lessons from a computer or a laptop as this will allow you to access all of the features and therefore, take full advantage of the course.

Group classes run twice a week with lessons of one hour each. There is a set time for these lessons which is published in the course information page. Classes sizes will be between 4 and 6 people. 1-to-1 classes are scheduled according to the student’s and tutor’s availability and can be booked via the scheduling page.

For self-learning courses, you will have your personal virtual space where all of the lessons and materials are accessible. You will also be able to assist a group live session of 30 minutes every two weeks with the tutor to check to practise further. In addition, you will have a 10 minute weekly Progress Call to check progress and keep you accountable. If you cannot assist any of the available slots for the live sessions, they are recorded and you will be able to watch it as often as you wish. Feedback on any written and spoken tasks is also provided in virtual learning space. The progress calls and live sessions are done through Zoom. You will only be able to progress through the different modules and lessons once the quizzes and tests have been completed. Depending on how often you want to study and how fast you can make progress, we estimate that each self-learning course can take up between 3-6 months to complete.

Rates and payments:

Group classes: you must commit to a minimum of 3 months for the group classes. The price per lesson are £25/€30/$30 per person. This can be paid either on a month basis or in full every three months. The total cost for a three month course is: £600/€700/$735 which includes 2 live lessons per week, all materials and tutor support.

1-to-1 classes: you must commit to at least 1 month with the tutor. It is recommended that you have classes at least once a week of one hour. The cost for 1-to-1 lessons are £40/€46/$50. The lessons can be paid on a weekly basis or monthly basis on a 10, 20 or 30 hour lesson package which is only valid for 6 months.

Self-learning courses: each course costs £500/€580/$615 when paid in full. The price can also be spread across 6 months at a cost of £90/€105/$105 per month. Self-paced courses include the weekly progress sessions and calls, access to your platform, materials and resources. Each course expires after 6 months. However, you can renew or repeat a course if desired. When paid in full, you’ll also benefit from 1 hour private lesson with the tutor every month.

Cancelations and Refunds:

For group classes, if you cannot attend a lesson, you will still have access to the lesson recording and materials on your platform. We recommend that you go through the recording of the lesson and reach out to the tutor if you are unsure about anything. We appreciate a 24 hours notice if you are going to be absent, although we realise that this may not always be possible. This is to aid the tutor with their planning for the lessons. Because of the nature of the group classes, rescheduling a missed class is not possible.

1-to-1 lessons: You must notify the tutor at least 24 hours in advance and agree on a suitable rescheduled time. If you cancel lessons with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged. This is to compensate for the tutor’s time and preparation time.

Self-learning courses: These are our most popular and most enjoyable courses because you can learn at your own rhythm. We understand that this type of course doesn’t suit everyone and that’s why we have progress check calls to check all is well. If after you have started a course and decide that it isn’t for you, we will explore other options. If this is not possible and you are on a monthly payment plan, a refund will not be given but you will not be charged for the remaining months. If paid in full, a partial refund will be given calculated on how much of the course you have completed.

Agreeing to our terms and conditions:

During our consultation call the terms and conditions will be explained for the type of course you chose, if you agree we will go forward and a verbal agreement is valid.
